Services in Church

As a school we have strong links with St John the Evangelist Church in the centre of Carterton. Reverend Bill Blakey is our Chair of Governors and plays an active role in the life of the school. He leads collective worship once a fortnight.

Despite the distance, the whole school visits the church at least twice a year for a Christmas and end of year service. We welcome our families to these services.

In addition, classes visit the church as part of their religious education and we celebrate Education Sunday in church each year with the wider school community.
